Contact Your local Pure Weight Loss center
The centers are open limited hours M W F & Sat until January 4, when they close for good. If you’re owed food products they may have some on hand, or else you’ll need to get a refund request. Be nice… the employees were just as shocked as you… and they’re out of a job.
Get a Refund Request from your local Pure Weight Loss center
A Pure Weight Loss customer service representative I spoke to today recommended getting a Refund Request form from your local center and filling it out and submitting it to the corporate office in PA as soon as possible. She stated the centers are open limited hours M W F & Sat until January 4, when they close for good. Processing could take up to 8 weeks.

Contact the Pure Weight Loss customer service line at 1-877-524-3571 and/or email them at custservice@pureweightloss.com. (The rep I spoke to was very nice. She would be out of work after Jan. 4. When she learned I was local, she asked if I was hiring. You may want to act swiftly.)
Contact Your Credit Card Company
If you paid with a credit card, call the credit card company and explain the situation. Be ready with the specifics of what you paid for that you didn’t receive. They may be able to charge back the merchant’s account and issue you a credit. It’s an advantage of paying with credit cards.
